The Other Listening – LOE (La Otra Escucha) - is the one that emphasizes the underlying, what lies beneath, what remains veiled. Aiming at what cannot be seen at first glance, LOE was created to become a true organization to serve the unique needs of our clients. We stand out because our proposals adjust to the needs of those who entrust us with their problems.
We believe in a basic assumption: no system –however perfect it may be— can regulate itself. It requires the human component, which is naturally im-precise. We are constantly paying attention to that variable, accompanying, suggesting, reformulating, communicating, and helping to narrow the margin of error, being on all the fronts of an effective intervention entails.
Our work practices are deeply rooted in professional ethics, intellectual thoroughness, and transparency. They are based on scientific seriousness, intrinsic to the classic theoretical framework of psychology. In addition, they have been enriched by the new and successful trends of such areas as human resources, organizational marketing and the best market practices.
Our strategies are effective because they operate on concrete reality. Our teams are multidisciplinary, adjustable and versatile. That enables us, at the same time, to deal with issues in a comprehensive and detailed way and, thus, effectively act when dealing with the multiple and complex situations that take place in organizations on a day-to-day basis.

WHY LOE? |
* We have expertise in “this line of business,” because we have conducted and operated HR processes, and we have understood and resolved their complexities bearing in mind the business needs.
* We are “business-oriented,” because –even being HR professionals- we have been involved and have developed projects in business areas in different job trainings. For that reason we rapidly understand and share the same “language,” the same “codes,” of those who have accountability for the “safe box”.
* We listen more and talk less. We only talk about the things we know. We do what our clients ask us to do, and the things we do always bring about effective results.
* Our approaches, tools and methodologies are not standard. We adapt them to the nature of each business, primarily having a “Taylor-Made” approach.

WORK TEAM |
We are a group of psychologists, with basic training in humanities and with graduate courses on quality and human resources. Not only de we share a fifteen-year career background in HR-process management in several Argentine and international companies, belonging to different industries (telecommunications, banking, privatized public utilities, mass consumption, mining, car spare parts) but we also have the same execution criterion.
What really counts is that we share a culture,a way of thinking, interpreting and helping clients to develop their businesses by making people management processes professional.
It is our characteristic to work in a “customized” way, in which our experience. maturity, and criteria combine with our intuition, sensitivity and ability to manage emotions and key pieces of information.
